Request account deletion
AutoFileSearch users can request deletion of their account and associated account data from this page. This page is available outside the app for users who no longer have the Android app installed.
For security, we do not delete an account from this public form alone. An admin reviews the request, verifies account ownership, and then processes the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your AutoFileSearch account profile, including name and email address.
- Your saved searches, crawler queue records, and account specific file discovery history where deletion is technically possible.
- Your active session and account access after deletion is completed.
What may be kept
- Payment, fraud prevention, security, tax, or legal records when retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identify your account.
- Public file index records discovered from the open web, because AutoFileSearch does not host those files and those records are not personal account data.
Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention. See our Privacy Policy for the broader data retention policy.
How the request works
- Submit the form below using the email address connected to your AutoFileSearch account.
- We email the admin team with the request details.
- An admin verifies ownership before deleting account data.
- After verification, account deletion is processed within a reasonable period unless a legal or security retention reason applies.
